This bridge kit builds into a deck type plate girder bridge. It does not follow any specific prototype bridge, but it is typical of many bridges that can be found all over North America and is appropriate for any period, but especially modern-day use. The finished model will be one you will be proud to display on your layout.

This bridge kit contains enough material to build two bridge spans. The spans can be arranged end to end to create a longer single-track bridge, or side by side to create a double-track bridge. We offer this kit in different scales and lengths. We do not include track in our kits because individual preferences are too varied to even try satisfying anyone.

We place the difficulty level somewhere between easy and moderate. None of the assembly steps are difficult to perform, but some patience is required. The most difficult part is cutting out all the pieces, so we did that for you already. If you have done any scratch building, you can build this kit. We estimate it will take a few hours to complete both bridges.
